If you do call Salem, please identify yourself as an ATM right away. 
Their main source of income is selling to people who buy grit by the 
barrel. There are only one or two salespeople who deal with the tiny 
quantities we use, out of the goodness of their hearts. If you are nice 
and say you're an ATM, they will find the right people for you to talk 
to. If you are secretive and waste the salesperson's time, they get annoyed.
