Francis,

I think then you may need to get a heater (baseboard) with thermostat
to you can get an area at a relative constant temp.

You may also want to Tent in an area to keep boulders (ie dust) from
droping on your work surface from the old structure.

If you can tent off a 10x10 work area you should have no trouble
keeping it at a toasty 60-65 degrees to get to temps that pitch like.

No 3 micron, sorry.
