[ATM] German equatorial mount

I know that the Dobson Sidewalk mount is favored by many, as are thin glass
mirrors, It's obvious why, they are cheap and effective, but I am a little
more traditional and I am considering the possibility of making my own
German Equatorial Mount.

I am aware of the need for both machine work as well as foundry work.
Neither scares me. What I can't do, I can contract out.

Does anyone have plans for same?
