I just wanted to say thanks Philip!!! I've read and reread this concept by
two or three different authors, and read and reread many a email/websight
concerning making flats in this fashion. I've observed the effect, and done
some math on a legal pad...but looking at your photos accompanied with your
data is a big help for folks who are w/o free, and accessible resources. I
deffinitely understand the stuff i've read on the subject a lot better
now...a picture is worth a thousand words...especially when a few words come
with it.
