You won't be the last person to make that mistake. I still do it all
the time, encouraged by Zemax working in radii and then "saving as
text" in diameters!. Plugging 2*29.3mm into my prog gives 84.1mm hole
so I can see easily now how baffling would have taken that up to 97mm.

Have you given any thought yet to when you are going to cut the hole?.
Forgive me if it's something you already are expert at, but if not
there's been some good tips on the subject on the list in the past.
