[ATM] Gee Wyld Doublet Design Tool Update

I have updated the Gee Wyld Doublet Design Tool with two aims:f

    a) It no longer forces a java process to keep running after
       the window is closed.
    b) Some international support was added.  (It can probably
       even run in more primitive places... like Toronto;-)

It is in the same location:

depending on the version of Java you use.  I have added links
from my software page:
