[ATM] ATM: Big, accurate, setting circles.

All who are interested:

If you guys will give me just a little time, I will write a clear
explanation for you and send a little short html email of the clever method
I have invented. I know about the tape measure trick; but you can make more
readable circles by inscribing them on the flat sides of the tube, than
having them as a wrapped tape measure around something (an extension to the
trunnion bearing disks, declination bearings) only able to read them from a
narrow tape, and in inches, no less.

Let me write this up right away. I also have that precision cut out stencil,
for the declination C that is in the pictures. Anyone may borrow it. You
guys will like this; it works like a charm. Let me have till this evening
before any of you goes out and buys a Stanely refill for a carpenter's
retractable (crank back in) tape. I think you will like this better. That
photo (I have close-ups) is, again, here:

I have some close ups that I would be happy to send to any of you. Pepper me
with your requests. I am allowed another pain pill for my back today.
