For a start,
1) AOL is usually the highest priced web access.

2) Logging into AOL doesn't log you into the web but rather the
computers at AOL.  You have to go to a specific button on the
home page to get onto the web.

3) The software for AOL is flaky at times due to the automatic
update problems that sometimes happen with their software.  They
update your computer's software at the end of a session and
sometimes that update isn't the right one.
