I'm in a rural area of Canada and don't have access to high speed 
service.  Web pages take forever to load.  That said, a web interface is 
useful while traveling (I don't alway have email access but usually can 
find web access).

Bottom line - I'd choose email access for almost all activity.  I 
understand that (if changes are made) the email option would continue, 
BUT if that wasn't available, I'd probably only access the archives 
(rarely).
