As I mentioned in a previous message, the line definitely "rotated"
with the eyepiece of the scope, and the condition improved when the
eyepiece was cleaned. I can't easily rotate the objective to see if
that affects it.

The lines stayed fixed with respect to the mirror, and did not tilt
with the camera. Also, after seeing the lines visually I can
definitely say it is not a camera-related phenomena.

My next step will be to get the objective and eyepiece super-clean and
see if the lines have gone away.

I will also see if they rotate with the slit, and I am fairly sure
they will.

Thanks to everyone for their suggestions.
