Hi, after all those years(35), the cork like material that was used 
between the pressure plate and the gear of my Mathis drive
is disintegrating. Things don't last anymore  :)

So what is the best material to substitute, and where can i get some ? 
Would teflon sheet be good ?
The mounting is a large monstrosity of over 1000 lbs,
14" roller bearing in RA, 7.5" in Dec, gear is 12"
Don't shake in the wind, but a little jerky right now.
