[ATM] Flex mirror supplies

I have a 10" x 1" mirror that I would like to flex.  I have Alan Adler's 
article from Nov 2000 S&T in hand.  I'm now looking for supplies (adhesive, 
polycarbonate, various type of rubber, etc).  Shortly after the article was 
published there were some offers of kits, adhesive and such on the list.  
Maybe someone has some supplies left or just has the appropriate companies to 
contact and maybe names or part numbers.  (I already have McMaster-Carr on my 
list.)
