[ATM] Cerium Oxide.. and Color

     Geoff,         I would question the cerium oxide of a different 
color... From the white color
it sounds , or feels like Aluminum oxide... Have no fear, these two fine 
polishers are very
much the same in their actions.. Although some say that the Aluminum works 
slower. This is
just an opinion from users. I don't have enough experience to say one or the 
other..
     If the powder you have is not the same color as usual, do a test, do 
another test, and
find out what you have. For God's sake if it has no polishing qualities , 
taste it.., if it is bitter
and numb's your tougne, wieght it out and go to the black market for 
compensation.....
You will be able to buy a big scope with no labor...  Russ Jocoy  (influence
