The repetitive pronouncing of some attribute is typical of HTML editors that
depend more upon your working in the page rather than the code sections.
I've seen that the microcrud editors (there are several differnt ways that
Bill's codehackers have come up with HTML production)  all love to do that
plus they like to make new ways to do the same old thing.
Finding a good editor that doesn't put a lot of stupid stuff into the page
really isn't that easy to do.  I've been using an editor calle Hippie (must
have been an old hippie that wrote the thing) that only puts code where you
want it to go.
