RE: [ATM] Secondary Spectrum Estimator

The following HTML character entities should produce the Greek alphabet
in standards compliant browsers. They work in Firefox, and probably in
Mozilla and recent versions of Netscape since they all use the same
rendering engine. They also work in IE 6.

lower case
      α β γ δ ε ζ
      η θ ι κ λ μ
      ν ξ ο π ρ σ
      τ υ φ χ ψ ω

Upper Case
      Α Β Γ Δ Ε Ζ
      Η Θ Ι Κ Λ Μ
      Ν Ξ Ο Π Ρ Σ
      Τ Υ Φ Χ Ψ Ω

I have observed that MS consumer grade, HTML producing applications use
non standard, and sometimes downright strange coding with abandon. For
example, there is the penchant for incorporating <span lang="en-us">
tags throughout a document. If the documents were in multiple
languages, so that one were switching back and forth between English and
another language, this might make sense, but all the documents I have
seen with this "feature" have been completely in English.
