With your permission, Anthony, I would like to send this prescription
back to the list.  The 178 mm f/10 prescription I came up with that
I thought matched the above:

      Radius      Thickness       Glass      Diameter

     1035.42        22.5611       N-BK7           187
    -643.324        5.50575                       187
    -643.324       12.71212          F2           187
    -2833.68       1749.355                       187
   -640.0463

With a filter that cuts off everything below 530 nm, the Strehl
ratio goes up to about 0.7.
