If you've got the depth from the center to the edge, the thing to do is to
put the mirror on the bottom and grind with a wide and long W (a little
wider and longer than the 1/3 stroke length) to bring the curve out to the
edge. The longer the stroke and the further to the side you make your
strokes, the more the ROC will change for the amount of work you do.
When you are almost there, you may want to switch to 120 grit and finish to
the edges and get rid of the coarse chips in the mirror from the 80 grit
earlier. The 120 grit will work about 1/4 as fast as the 80 grit does for
getting radius changes.
