I designed a coaxial collimation system where the bolt ends are spherical
and fit into conical or spherical holes. This arraignment allows for full
tightening and small angles are allowed between bolts and cell. Another
design that allows for full tightening is solid machined flexural ends that
are rigid in the axial direction but allow for small tilt-tip angles when
adjusting.
