Yes, it's intended for public domain, and yes it's fine to print it 
for your own use.  Feel free to distribute the link too.

Detailed feedback is great - it's hard to tell if I left out a small 
but critical detail here and there, or slightly misworded something in 
a way that conveys the wrong idea.  So many things to include, it's 
hard to mention all of them, and do it clearly.
