[ATM] The mirror that would not figure, more tales of the 16 inch

OK, I'm not quite ready to go gonzo yet, and Mel will look at the glass on
Monday ..

I have been trying to get a parabola on the 16".  It is thin, it is plate,
it is dangerous to go to hard.  I get a hole started.  I start to see the
right lines in the right places.  Let it rest, check again, yep there they
are.  OK a bit deeper now.  Let it rest, yep, got us a hole.  Got a zone
starting at about 70%.  So, work that area lightly, couple of strokes in
the middle every now and then.  Nice sphere.

Try it again, get the hole started, work it deeper, less time at 70% ..
sphere.

OK, no work at 70%.  Center over center, go for a grand canyon.  Dig it
deep boys.  Many short easy wets, a full hour to cool in between, looking
good.  Concentrate on the center with just an occational W stroke thrown
in to blend.

Perfect shiny sphere.

I'm going to go try and dig another hole .. anyone want to jump in here.
