RE: [ATM] List "reference material"

A "Links" page is easy.  See a sample I threw together at:

It only took about 1/2 hour almost from scratch.  The hard part is keeping
it current (taking suggestions, categorizing, etc.).  Not to mention finding
someone willing to do it.

DO NOT reply on list with additional link suggestions!  This is only a
