[ATM] A Couple of Things

Long long ago, my father and I made a telescope together from an Edmonds 
kit. The 4.25 inch mirror was coated by Clausing...it's still good, not 
terrific but serviceable. That was 50+ years ago.

Just completed my first fast mirror. I've done a bunch of F6 to F10, but 
this was a 4.25" F4. Wow, whole different world. Turned out pretty darned 
good, tests very well with foucault tester and used Mel's Ronchi program 
too. Star testing will start next week. Wanted to make an Astroscan clone 
for my Granddaughter's first scope. Hey, I'm pretty darned proud, this is my 
first mirror in 5 years...kinda like riding a bike, never forget.
