Nah.  The reason why negative lenses aren't really available is that 99% of
the people need + numbers for reading.  I too am one of the 1% tho.
I'll also note that + lenses magnify the image so you can read easier.  I do
have a pair so that I can read the 4 point type that JCWhitney uses in their
catalogs.
