[ATM] AC motor HELP

I've spent the requisite hour down the rabbit hole, and then another and
another.  Still no brass ring.

I'm trying to wire a Bodine AC gearhead motor (115VAC 1A 1800RPM 12:1).  It
has four wires out of it, two black, two blue.  One black and one blue are
connected.  The tag indicates it wants a 5uF cap, which I have. I believe
the motor is reversible, though it doesn't matter.  I do not know how to
wire this motor.  Can someone help / point me to a schematic?
