Jerry, that was an interesting note. As a subscriber to this list for over 
five years, I have to say this: You think YOU have it bad...? I use commercial 
mirrors for crying out loud! Omigod!! I am a telescope maker, not an optician, 
and as such there is precious little to get my juices flowing on this list 
these daze. But that's okay. If I were depending on this list to have fun with my 
life, it would be a shallow life indeed.

Here's the real deal: there are at least a zillion ways to eke your fun out 
of astronomy. Enjoy yours, and hang loose while they enjoy theirs, whoever 
'they' may be. The guys who split a hair a hunnerd different ways are having fun 
in their own way, just as you and I are in ours.

Our day will come.
