I had to guess at your zone radii to get the following Sixtests input file:

Sixtests says you have work ahead - surface RMS 289 nm (want 20 nm), 
surface PV 1250 nm.  Anyway, the main number was the best-fit conic b = 
-.480, undercorrected; probably the safest thing is to do one of Texereau's 
parabolizing strokes on p. 97.  One of the "A classic methods" should work 
on an 8"f/6.
