[ATM] Focualt Test Error

What is the sensitivity of the focault test to error in KE readings? When
doing several readings together how closely should the readings match before
the error is too great to make the set of measurements invalid?

If for example I am doing a set of 4 measurements on a 4 zone mask. How much
difference in the offset readings for any 1 zone is too much? In the
readings that I am doing I seem to be getting a difference of .003" for the
position of any 1 zone over 4 readings.
