[ATM] Webcam Hartmann update.

Thanks to the urging of Mark and Vladimir, the webcam Hartmann program has 
been improved (slightly), it now runs twice as fast with a little tighter 
coding of the FFT subroutine.  Also, a few sentences on the source which 
should have been in the help file are now there.  Download:
