Quite informative, considering that I made the optics for two of these,
one now out of my hands the other still in need of an Al coating;)
Good thing that I can read German, well only just!
Clear skies,

Hello Art and all,
this telescope was designed by Anton Kutter, of Biberach, in Germany.
The followign link has some info about him and his 12" telescope (in
German)
http://www.klima-luft.de/steinicke/Artikel/kutter/kutter.htm
My first observations with a 'real' telescope way back in the early 70s
were with a 10" Schiefspiegler of f/20 (200" FL). So we jused to call it
'The 200 inch' telescope ;-)
Best,
Chris
