[ATM] David Harbour's Traveling tester

I just traded a few email with David Harbour after happening into his site
and I noticed his 'Foucault Tester for Free Loan' (see
http://www.atmsite.org/contrib/Harbour/Tester.html).  David is not aware of
who currently has the tester, and he suggested that I post the question to
the list to see if it can be located.

He said he would be rejoining the list and to tell everyone very shortly
"I'll be back"...
