[ATM] Hartmann mask

Vladimir and I had a discussion about this.  I think, but don't know (this 
test is just beginning), a rigid mask would be OK for a long-focus mirror 
if placed snuggly against the mirror's edge.  I'm scared about fast 
mirrors, though.  What the test is doing is calculating a theoretical image 
given the positions of the mask holes.  If these hole positions aren't 
right - the light sneaking behind the mask holes - who knows what will happen?

A quick visual test would be to look at the mask from the source and image 
positions - if you can see bits of the mask back reflected in the mirror, 
better get the mask closer to the mirror.
