Re square aperture Harmann masks:

Why not just cut straight/parallel strips of opaque thin
material & just criss cross them to make the square openings?
2 of the strips can be used as gauges to space them evenly
& a good square used to make the array orthogonal. I'll
probably try this on a 36"f5.2 nearing completion.
