secured to the assembly with a tool. The resulting six flat female fastener is

the back of the mirror and the mirror will no longer sit flush 
against the back of the cell. The clearance hole you must make in the cell 
will thus be larger than the screw head. Without an additional device, like a 
large diameter washer, it won't work.</b></span></font></div>
