If you are talking about "sparklies" when looking at your mirror with a laser,
you are probably talking about the specular interference pattern typical of
laser reflections and these are not a defect or result of your mirrors shape or
imperfections. They are the result of the monochromatic nature of lasers and are
quite distracting in the testing of mirrors. Shine the laser on a piece of white
paper or anything that reflects well and you will see these "sparklies". It's
not related to your mirror and NO AMOUNT OF POLISHING will get rid of them.
