Most of the collimation schemes I've seen involve
moving one or both OTA's, which with a large scope
can be a real design challenge.

What about getting the collimation fairly close
with crude movable OTA's, & fine tuning using the
sec/tertiary mirror mounts? Perhaps add a couple of laser pointers
inside the OTA that can be seen thru the eyepieces
to quickly merge the FOV's?
