I'd like to see detailed descriptions of the activities associated with
mirror figuring: 

    How to perform the optical tests,
    How to interpret the test results,
    How to figure the mirror using the interpreted results.

A while back there was much talk about getting articles from the old 
Telescope Making magazine back into circulation.  Somewhat more recently 
Bill Cook announced that he has gotten permission to republish some of 
that material in the ATM Journal.  I talked to Bill today and he is 
ready to include an article in an upcoming issue but would like input on 
which ones are most desired.  Was the interest in TM real or just 
something folks just liked to rant about?  If you have any suggestions 
about what you would like to see in print again let me know and I'll see 
that your suggestions get considered.  The biggest problem is that the 
people who want the articles may not know what was published.  How can 
they find out?  Is there a web site that has a list of the contents of TM 
magazine?
