RE: ATM Barlow quality & odd list behavior
I agree with Jim's sentiment - IMO, there should be no prohibition
from people sharing their opinions as to what's good and what isn't.
A problem does arise however, when someone who has a commercial
interest ventures an opinion without mentioning their commercial
interest.
Since I just joined this list this morning, and am possibly speaking
out of turn, I should ask if there have been past problems with this
sort of conflict of interest, which may have resulted in the current
policy.
