ISBN 0-917914-56-2  <<looks like it is the book, judging from the last
numbers in the ISBN.

In the EC, you can probably find a copy from the model engineering
press,
like Traplet's in the UK.  However, it might be cheaper to get it
shipped
from Lindsay's directly in the US.
