ATM CCD spec needed (sort of OT) & rTMc

All,

I'm looking for spec help for a CCD head. I've learned that it was used
in old camcorders, though this one comes from a Micro Camera made by Teli.

The head is from a superceeded Teli camera model CS3310B. I've been told
that it was superceeded because the CCD Sony 018-L was discontinued.

So, can anyone find a copy of the spec for the:

  Sony 018-L CCD
Know the pin outs and drive requirements for the CS3310B or its
  sucessor the CS3330B
Have the actual drive circuit that was used with the CS3310B or a tear
apartable camcorder which used the 018-L

I've contacted Teli, but its moving slowly and may bomb out.
I don't have an edress to anyone in Sony that would have specs on the 018-L
Maybe a kindered pack rat has a Sony spec book from the early late '80s or
'90s or maybe someoen can provide me with an edress of a hardware designer
who can help.

Thanks all

Anthony

PS This is only sort of OT as I plan to use this physically large sensor
for collecting ATM video test data.

By the way, RTMC was far from a bust, as those of you who stayed away in
droves, expected. The quality of the projects presented was fabulous, the
stuff pickings was better yet, and of course, it almost goes with out
saying,
