Actually, the LT stands for LapTop.  This was a restricted version that
removed all of the 3D modelling, thereby making the program small enough
to happily work on the laptops of that time (1990).  Now of course, the
average laptop could run the full blown version without breaking a sweat.
I've been using the LT version for several years, never really needed the
3D modelling (I have other stuff for that).
