I have a small bubble of around the same size that made it to the
surface of my mirror. It is around half the diameter exposed. You learn to
live with it. I just look at it as my built in reference mark, since it
shows up big time on the test stand.
It really isn't that much of a problem, once you get over the
dissappointment of having a flaw that you cant get rid if. I did have to
use a toothpick to remove whatever grit or polish was caught in it while
rinsing the mirror.
