I actually stand corrected. The Bob Pfaff method was supposed to be
1/5 the spindle speed as Bratislav states.
If your spindle is going 60RPM, which is what I usually run, then the
eccentric needs to be 12 rpm, which is where the 12 came from, just in
the wrong place
