Gringing Machines:

I have seen a renewed interest in grinding machines and Dennis Rech of Oregon
is going to have an article on his in the next ATMJ. 

Could anyone supply me with the title of a book that compares grinding /
polishing machine conventions? Draper vs Zeiss vs Strausbaugh vs Elgin, etc?
There are bits iand pieces in ATM and ATMT but I have not found a
comprehensive comparison under one roof.

Any input would be appreciated,
