Funny you talk about that... I was planning to ask a few similar questions 
last night !

One idea would be to have a very slow fan ABOVE the mirror to blow away 
the
very thin layer of warmer air on the mirror...

How about some Peltier elements on the back...  

How about water cooling, it would not be that difficult to have a water 
tight
box siliconed on the back of the mirror... you could then circulate water 
against
the mirror, probably the fastest way to remove heat.
