For the opposite approach, see Sky&Tel, Jan 1998, p. 112 "A Modified
Gregorian Telescope" by R. Magee.  Mr Magee placed a small diagonal at the
focus of the primary and ran a long focus secondary out the side for a
coude-like gregorian.
