I agree, I've got the Delta version of this, has a 34" swing, cost about
$260. Sears has one that looks a little heavier & has rack & pinion
adjustments for table height and radial head position, for about $300.
They have 1/2" chucks but the motors are a bit on the puny side for
drilling steel.
