     If it's white, I think you're talking about Polyethelyne (sp?)...this 
     is the white boards that are used in Sandwich places...
     
     I've used this too and it works fairly well.  It does have a little 
     bit of a harder (scratchy) feel than teflon.
     
     Delrin is black or grey isn't it?
