I read in boating column the other day about a new "varnish" for
marine application that applies directly to wood like an oil finish,
resembles an
oil finish, but is actually a polyurethane (if faulty mem. is correct)
finish, UV impervious.  According to the article, it was drawing rave
reviews in the boating industry because of its durability, appearance and
protection.  Anyone recall the name or further details?
