Those Cera-Hex-Tol are just hex bathroom floor tile. I found them in
a large tile store for half the WB price. No they were not
listed as "optical quailty "<G>
I like to keep about 1/8" groove between tiles. Makes the grooves
easier clean. I just bevel the outer circumference of the tool.
No need to bevel the inter grooves. A tip after changing
coarse grit grades and with the tool very clean spray a little lacquar
in the grooves. This will stick any grit that may not have cleaned
out. You don't want a 80 grit falling out of a groove when you
are doing 12 micron :-( I only do this when working the coarse grades of
of grit.
