I had the same problem locating a public library treasure-trove of S&T *until* 
I tried the local universities.  Bingo! Most university libraries allow visits 
from the general public.  Otherwise about getting copies, Michael, I'm sure 
you'll receive several offers to help, judging by my past experience with this 
great group.
